This entailed negotiating software contracts with suppliers, ordering software licenses as per the BP contracts, Negotiating Service Level Agreements etc. Saved over $1M by negotiating contracts and cost avoidance.
- Spent one month in India in training the offshore team in Procurement processes like negotiating Master Software License Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, sending RFx’s to suppliers, License Ordering etc.
- Advise BP Software Operations Manager in the progress of off shoring this service.
- Assist the offshore team lead by allocating customer requests to offshore team members.
